1/17

Saw the Blue Angels again yesterday.  They put on  a mini show off the coast of Gulf Shores - a couple of loop-de-loops, in formation of course.  We parked on the shoulder and enjoyed.

Cooking class yesterday featured grilled mahi and dirty rice or risotto.  I always associate mahi with Hawaii, but they say they catch it here in the Gulf.  Very good fish, but I have to talk to the local cooks about preparing it broiled, with no seasoning or sauce.  These southerners like to bread and deep fry their fish.  I like the taste of fish, and the locals are not used to it.
